Shorter and stockier than his American Lab cousins, Payback brings that classic Lab charm with a sturdy build and a playful personality. He loves other dogs, is neutral around cats, and has a joyful, bouncy presence that lights up any environment.

He’s just getting started with on-leash basic obedience training and is already proving to be a sharp learner. Whether you’re tossing a ball in the yard, hitting a trail, or planning weekend adventures, Payback is your guy — always ready to go, tail wagging.

Payback would do great in a family setting, especially with older children or active kids who don’t mind a bit of rough-and-tumble fun. He’s a lovable goofball and may accidentally knock over small children in play, so a home with toddlers may not be the best fit. That said, he’s all love — no malice, just a big heart in a bulldozer body.
